Pallix collects the information needed to create workspaces, run AI visibility audits, and deliver reports to signed-in users. This launch version is intentionally simple and written to explain how we handle product and audit data in practice today.

What we collect

We store the account details you provide, brand workspace details such as domain and industry, saved prompts, competitor lists, audit responses, and derived report data. We may also store operational logs needed to debug product issues and monitor reliability.

How we use data

We use this data to create and maintain your workspace, run audits, generate reports, improve product reliability, and provide support. We do not use your brand data to publicly market your business without your permission.

Third-party services

Pallix relies on third-party infrastructure and AI-related providers to run parts of the product. These services may process prompts, responses, logs, and operational metadata required to complete audits and power the application.

Retention and access

We keep workspace and report data while your account remains active and as needed for product operations, support, and recordkeeping. If you want account or workspace data removed, contact us and we will handle the request manually during this launch phase.
