Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Pallix subscriptions are billed, how you can cancel, and when you are eligible for a refund. It applies to all paid Pallix plans purchased through our checkout.

Subscriptions and billing

Pallix paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance, in the currency shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew. Cancelling part-way through a period does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the remainder of that period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment on a new subscription and we will refund that charge in full. After this window, payments — including automatic renewal charges — are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where you were charged in error. If a charge was a clear duplicate or mistake, contact us and we will make it right.

How payments are processed

Our order process for international (non-INR) plans is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those purchases. Paddle handles payment, billing-related queries, and refunds for these orders, and may appear on your statement. Payments in Indian Rupees are processed through our India payment provider. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or ask a billing question, email akash@pallix.in with your account email and the charge details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
