Use of the product
You may use Pallix to create workspaces, run AI visibility audits, and review reports for your own brand or for brands you are authorized to manage. You agree not to use the product for unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity.
AI-generated output
Pallix reports rely on third-party AI platforms and related data providers. AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, so you should treat them as decision support rather than guaranteed truth.
Billing and trials
If a paid plan is offered, pricing and billing terms shown in the product or in a written quote will control the commercial relationship. Access to paid features may be limited or paused if payment is not completed or renewed.
Availability
We aim to keep Pallix available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features, providers, and workflows may change as the product improves.
